Grounds open from 9:30am to 4:00pm
9:30am — browse our Art & Craft and Vendor fair, Watermelon Midway with children’s games run by the Student Council, bounce house, and Concession Stand run by the Pardeeville Lion’s Club.
10:00am — Watermelon Carving contest begins (all entries turned in by noon).
10:30am — Hillbilly Silly Science Family Comedy Show under the pavilion.
11:30am — Free hay dive hosted by the Watermelon Committee.
12:00pm — Watermelon Speed Eating contest start; judging for Watermelon Carving.
1:00pm — Watermelon Seed Spitting contest starts.

The Pardeeville Watermelon Festival is an annual fall festival held the first Saturday after Labor Day in September, hosted in beautiful Chandler Park. It is held in Pardeeville, WI, USA, home of the U.S. Watermelon Speed-Eating and Seed-Spitting Championships, Inc. This year’s event will mark the 52nd festival.
